5-minute presentation

Julio Urbina
East
5-Minute presentation

Objective:The specific content I'll be teaching is how to become the best Muay Thai fighter as possible.

Procedure:
1. First, I'll introduce myself and the topic I'll be teaching to the audience. I'll ask them what do they know about Muay Thai and Muay Thai fighters.
2. Then, I'll pass papers explaining what I'm going to be talking about and how the visual are relevant to my topic.
3. Then, I'll go into details explaining the history of Muay Thai and how it has changed and improved over the centuries. (I could you some kind of time line to explain what I would be talking about)
4. Next, I'll do three fun activities where they will have to do what I taught them in my time talking. This way i could see who was listening to me.
5. Finally, I'll ask if they have any questions and end it with big smile :D

Check for Understating:
As i said before, I will ask them questions in the beginning of the class and end. this way i am able to compare how much they learned. I'm also going to be walking around the class and the audience will be able to ask me questions any time.

Resources/Materials:
I'm going to bringing visuals, fighting equipment, videos, time line, all the possible visuals. This way I have a lot of material and I'm going to be able to talk about everything. This way i don't need to worry about making the time, but making it at the right time so i won't pass over it. (audience love GOOD visuals)

  1. Julio,

This sounds like you are trying to do too much. You don't want to present anything that you are going to want to present next time or in the future. Just introduce something about your topic. Don't do 3 activities. Maybe do just one or ask them some specific questions about what you presented. Keep it simple. You have very little time. Talk to me.
