E.S.L.R. How have you becamo an effective learner?

How have you became an effective learner?

There are few things I have to do if I want to be an effective learner.
  • 1) Listen to the professionals because they know more than anyone else and they'll teach you important things.
  • 2) APPLY what you learn in other situations beside in class.
  • 3) Be respectful to my instructors.
  • 4) The most important is that I ask questions if I'm not sure about something.

My service learning.

- Name of the place where you do service learning?
*My mean source of service learning is at headmen's class because I help Mr. Pang out.
*The other place is call Team Diamond U.S.A. I do some part of my independent. I helped out December first (around this date) from 4pm-9pm.

-What do you do?
*With Mr. Pang sometimes I lead warm ups, correct the students mistakes, and I help Mr. Pang to teach moves. (He tells me what to do though)
*At Team Diamond I helped Elva move staff out of the ring and help her husband clean the place up that day.

-What's you learned?
I have learn a couple things that are important for life and Muay Thai. 1) Muay Thai trains you to have discipline because with out it you can improve your techniques, if you don't improve through out the period of time the you'll get your humiliate when you fight against others and 2) The ability to master something to its limits takes a lot of time. It takes a practitioner of Muay Thai around 10 years to achieve it and the practitioner must practice at least 5 hours a day.
