Independent task

1) What are you doing?
Run for 1:30 Tuesdays and train my techniques on Fridays for 1:30 hour.

2) How will you verify it?
One of my parents will sing my log.

3) How is it relate to answer your E.Q.?
To become a Muay Thai fighter you need endurance and I'm working on it. Also, technique because if you don't know how to punch then there is no point on having agility, endurance, or strenght.

holden

Holden needed to be institutionalized because he always say that he is depress. Holden is an emotionally disturbed child. A person that is emotionally disturbed always bring the negative and bad side of people and situations which stops him seeing things clearly and prevent him from making smart choices. Holden doesn't want to grow up because he sees purity and peace in kids. Holden thinks the opposite about adults but always want the opinions and recommendations of mature people. The biggest part which I think makes Holden depress is that he always makes excuses when he doesn't get what he wants and realize what he has until he loses it(chapter 26).
Holden tells us that if he could he will prevent kids from growing up because he does not want them smoking, hanging around dangerous places at times of the night which people suppose to be sleeping, getting into fights, and not missing school plays because they are to old for the plays. Some times depressed people don't like to forget the past because they assume more responsibilities and expectations from everyone when they grow up and for Holden that meant go to school, get good grades, be an role model for Pheabe, and stop blaming others for his problems something he wouldn't accept.
Adults are assumed to be responsible citizens and help the community or people in needs. Holden is lacksadaisical towards adults even though he asks them for advices to help him with his life and decide what to do with it. A perfect example of this situation is when Mr. Antolini offers him his advices and he said " I'm not trying to be rude at all but I'm just tire and he, well reads a lot of book and is boring." In the book he describes a drunk annoying cuban on the streets but he never sees himself as the young person wasting his life getting drunk, smoking and being the only of his age walking around at 3a.m.
The repetition of things make things appear to be real in someone's mind. Holden tries to make you believe his points of view are the correct by repeating what he wants you to think and exaggerating key parts. A person who doesn't want you to know the truth will try to change you opinion something that Holden does. Also people that are institutionalized do not want help and this makes them depress because those people will keep getting things wrong and dig a deeper hole for themselves. Holden makes the attempt in looking for help but he search for it in wrong places and people just as bars and prostitutes. Due for the wrong attempts for help, Holden was institutionalid with proffesionals that would help him.
